Job summary

HDR is seeking a Commercial Management Coordinator in Michigan to partner with operations leadership and project managers to reduce risk and manage contracts, subcontracts, change orders and project documents.

As part of HDR's Power sector, you'll collaborate with design-build teams, coordinate with project controls, assist in project startup, execution, and closeout, and travel up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Architecture/Engineering, Design-Build, P3, project management, or project controls environment.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, business, law or equivalent.
• Ability to work well in a high performing team in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter; good communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Contract Management and Processing Change Orders.
• Assist in Risk Management and Monthly Project Reviews.
• Assist with Document Control and Onboarding Team Members.
• Assist with Scheduling, Claims Issues, and Invoicing.
