Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in Architecture/Engineering, Design-Build, P3, project management or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, business, or law or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce contract compliance across projects.
• Draft and administer subcontracts; manage change orders and amendments.
• Support project controls with schedule and cost management.
• Assist in claims resolution and risk management.
• Lead contract negotiation with contractors and consultants.
