Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Commercial Contract and Pricing Specialist I to support US Bioscience contract administration and pre-signature activities in a dynamic, global healthcare environment. You will manage contract data in Model N, ensure terms and pricing compliance, and collaborate with Finance, Sales, Legal and Operations to drive commercial opportunities.

The role requires a finance or accounting background, 2–4 years of related experience, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or quantitative disciplines.
• Two–Four years of experience in related field.
• Equivalency may be considered with related education and/or experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the receipt, processing, and follow-up of all Grifols guidelines, contracts to ensure terms, pricing, and deadlines are met.
• Review executed agreements and create contracts in Model N.
• Assist and support the commercial finance group to create and maintain commercial rebates & fees for payment.
• Validate customer contract eligibility based on contract terms and membership rosters.
• Analyze invoicing issues based on the executed contracts and propose solutions.
• Work with Finance, Sales, Legal & Operations to review and execute opportunities.
• Ad hoc reporting on contract effectiveness, operational efficiencies, and financial impact of opportunities.
