Qualifications

• J.D. from a well-respected institution is required.
• Admission to a state bar is required.
• Minimum of five years in biotech/pharmaceuticals or equivalent law firm experience.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts (clinical research, procurement, leases, vendor agreements).
• Manage claims and litigation involving personal injury, employment matters, and other disputes.
• Provide legal support in industrial, commercial, and manufacturing areas.
• Understand healthcare compliance related to anti-kickback, fraud and abuse, off-label promotion, and anti-corruption laws.
