Job summary

Grifols, S.A in the U.S. Bioscience division seeks a Commercial Contract and Pricing Specialist I to own pre-signature activities, administer contracts in Model N, monitor term conformity, validate customer eligibility, and support pricing guidelines.

You will work with Finance, Sales, Legal and Operations to review opportunities, manage rebates and fees, analyze invoicing issues, and provide ad hoc reporting on contract effectiveness and financial impact.

Qualifications

• Experience with Revitas or Model N revenue management systems.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication with time management and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt and processing of guidelines/contracts to ensure terms, pricing, and deadlines are met.
• Review executed agreements and create contracts in Model N.
• Assist and support the commercial finance group to create and maintain rebates & fees.
• Validate customer contract eligibility based on contract terms and rosters.
• Analyze invoicing issues and propose solutions to appropriate teams.
• Work with Finance, Sales, Legal & Operations to review and execute opportunities.
• Ad hoc reporting and analysis on contract effectiveness and financial impact.
