Job summary

San Francisco International Airport is seeking a Contracts Operations Manager to lead the Contracts Operations Team within a governance framework and ensure end-to-end contract lifecycle excellence. You will translate program objectives into actionable plans, design team structures, and define roles and responsibilities across lifecycle activities.

Qualifications

Six (6) years of procurement experience, including scopes of work, solicitations, and contracts.
Three years must include supervising and coaching professional staff.
Education may be substituted year-for-year for up to two years.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day Contract Operations and ensure contract lifecycle activities align with policies and objectives.
Advise section managers on contract operations, procurement processes, and workload prioritization, building consensus among stakeholders.
Monitor performance of contract administration activities and identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop, implement, and maintain systems, procedures, and controls for compliant contract management.
Define service levels to meet policy requirements and operational capacity.
Investigate and resolve operational issues; escalate high-risk matters when needed.
Evaluate outputs and service delivery; recommend improvements for quality and consistency.
Lead, coach, and manage performance of direct reports; set expectations and conduct reviews.
