Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of contract management or administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the negotiation and management of a diverse portfolio of contracts that support key initiatives.
• Partner with leaders across operations, finance, legal, and project teams to drive commercial outcomes and minimize risk.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on contract strategy and complex terms.

• Support projects through the contract lifecycle from proposal to closeout.
