Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Contracts Manager (Remote) to lead complex proposals and contracts in the Aerospace & Defense sector. You will ensure compliance with internal policies and external requirements while advising on contractual terms and risk management in a regulated environment.

This role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders to support proposals, contract administration, and customer agreement execution, with a remote work setup and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• University degree with 8 years of experience or Advanced Degree with 5 years of experience
• Experience in proposal compliance reviews and contract negotiations
• Familiarity with contract formation, including NDAs, MOUs, and MOAs
• Advanced legal degree (J.D.) preferred
• Experience in the aerospace industry preferred
• Proficiency in SAP software preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

For our client, we are seeking a Contracts Manager (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will focus on managing complex proposals and contracts while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external requirements across a highly regulated environment. You will serve as a key contracts partner, providing strategic guidance on contractual matters, negotiating terms, and helping the business manage risk through sound legal and commercial judgment. The position requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to support proposal activity, contract administration, and customer agreement execution.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $107,500 – $204,500 annually
