AtkinsRéalis seeks a Contracts Manager for our Contracts department in Tampa, Orlando, Miami, FL or Austin, TX. You will handle all aspects of public and private contract administration, including negotiation, documentation, certification, financial reporting and delivery for major contracts.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on risk, coordinating with global teams, and preparing FDOT price proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience or Master’s with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with multiple contract types, performance-based contracting and professional services.
• Knowledge of state law and regulations.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills. Time management capabilities to handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with contract management software.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate client-facing contractual documents, NDAs, teaming agreements, renewals and other matters.
• Provide guidance and coordination with dispersed teams to ensure compliant negotiation and execution of contracts.
• Prepare Florida DOT price proposals and audit packages.
• Review solicitations for contractual/commercial feasibility and compliance.
• Coordinate approvals for negotiations, contracts, and subcontracts; advise on risk mitigation.
