Ladders is seeking a Contracts Manager - Interiors (Remote) to join a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will lead complex contracting activities for interior-related programs, with a focus on commercial and U.S.

Government agreements. You will partner closely with proposal teams, program management, and other cross-functional stakeholders to assess contractual risk, shape deal terms, and support execution across the business.

Competenze

• University degree or equivalent experience with 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5 years of experience.
• Experience with commercial or government contracts.
• Familiarity with U.S. Government (FAR/DFARS) and commercial contracts.

For our client, we are seeking a Contracts Manager - Interiors (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will lead complex contracting activities for interior-related programs, with a focus on commercial and U.S. Government agreements. You will partner closely with proposal teams, program management, and other cross-functional stakeholders to assess contractual risk, shape deal terms, and support execution across the business. The position requires strong legal judgment, attention to compliance, and the ability to translate technical and commercial needs into practical contract solutions.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $107,500 – $204,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Advise and represent the organization on contractual matters
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies in all contractual activities
• Review proposals, identify requirements, and assist in proposal development
• Negotiate and execute complex customer contracts
• Identify risk elements in contracts and propose mitigation strategies
• Support program management teams with technical product knowledge
• Provide strategic analysis and recommendations on contractual issues

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5 years of experience
• Experience with commercial or government contracts
• Advanced legal degree (J.D.) preferred
• Familiarity with U.S. Government (FAR/DFARS) and commercial contracts
• Contract management experience, preferably in aerospace
