Moog Inc. is seeking a Contracts Manager for its Central Supply Chain in Buffalo, NY, offering a hybrid schedule. You will manage vendor contracts across indirect categories, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with UCC, VAT, Incoterms, and FAR/DFARS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related discipline.
• Juris Doctor (JD) required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant contracts experience in procurement, supply chain, or contracts management.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement managers to develop and execute procurement strategies.
• Prepare and negotiate vendor contracts in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with Moog functional disciplines on contract requirements (UCC, VAT, duties, Incoterms, cyber security, FAR, DFARS).
• Consult with internal and external legal counsel on contract matters.
• Provide contracts guidance to procurement and logistics managers.
• Maintain records of contracts, amendments, and supplier communications.
• Develop and maintain contract templates (LTSA, T&C of Purchase).
• Identify and mitigate risks in vendor contracts and lifecycle processes.
• Upskill personnel on contract requirements and Moog policies.
