Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant contracts experience in procurement, supply chain, or contracts management.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement managers to develop and execute procurement strategies.
• Prepare and negotiate vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with Moog functional disciplines on contract requirements (trade compliance, VAT, duties, Incoterms, cyber security, FAR/DFARS).
• Consult with internal and external legal counsel on contract-related matters.
• Provide contracts guidance and support to procurement and logistics managers.
• Maintain accurate records of all contracts, amendments, and supplier communications.
