Job summary

Moog Inc. is seeking a Contracts Specialist in Buffalo, NY. You will drive contract execution, risk management, and compliance across programs, collaborating with legal, procurement, and engineering teams.

The role requires a strong understanding of contract administration, FAR/DFARS, and licensing requirements, with a focus on protecting Moog's interests while enabling program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in contracts, procurement, or program administration.
• Understands contract administration, lifecycle, and risk assessment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of contracts affecting programs and projects.
• Review, negotiate, execute, modify, and administer contracts and teaming agreements.
• Ensure technical, pricing, terms, and delivery align with proposals and agreements.
• Draft and review documents to protect Moog's interests and compliance.
• Coordinate with Legal Counsel on risk mitigation.
• Interpret FAR, agency regs, and other contract requirements.
• Monitor performance, deliverables, obligations, and compliance.
• Support export licenses and government authorizations.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
• Travel up to 10% for business needs.
