Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead end-to-end contracting activities for U.S. Government programs.

You will review solicitations, craft negotiation strategies, and support proposal development while ensuring compliance with policies and risk controls. In this role you will manage complex contracts across multiple types, build strong client relationships, and work on high-stakes initiatives within a national security context.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with contract administration, negotiations, and proposal preparation with U.S. Government clients.
• Experience with multiple contract types, including fixed-price, time and material, and cost reimbursable.
• Experience negotiating teaming, non-disclosure, and subcontract agreements from the subcontractor role with industry partners.
• Experience with Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) terms and mitigation plans.
• Experience reviewing terms and conditions and statements of work for areas of risk and risk mitigation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Ability to support complex contract activities that require the development of creative solutions and techniques to accomplish business goals and objectives.
• Ability to establish and maintain client relationships with internal and external clients.
• Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze solicitations for risks and advise leadership on risk mitigation strategies.
• Capture, implement, and manage a range of proposals and contracts through all lifecycle stages.
• Provide full lifecycle support with focus on terms and conditions negotiation and risk management.
• Manage relationships with client counterparts to accomplish business goals and ensure regulatory compliance.
