Job summary

TIDI Products in Neenah, WI, is seeking a Contracts Manager who will oversee the day-to-day function of the alarm placement agreement program and draft a variety of company-wide agreements including APAs, SPAs, and NDAs. You will ensure contracts align with company policies and manage the contract repository.

Reporting to the Director of Contracts, you will negotiate, review, and finalize agreements, supervise contract administration, and drive process improvements with internal partners to

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in an in-house legal or contracts department.
• Legal/Contracts background required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and contract management software
• Detail oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, redline and manage contracts from start to finish (APAs, SPAs, NDAs, addenda).
• Coordinate with internal clients and Director of Contracts to ensure timely and compliant agreements.
• Negotiate terms and minimize risk while meeting business needs.
• Develop and maintain contract templates and forms; ensure proper repository management.
• Provide training to new hires on contracts processes.
