Job summary

TIDI Products, based in Neenah, WI, seeks a Contracts Manager to oversee the alarm placement agreement program and draft a variety of agreements including APAs, SPAs, and NDAs. You will manage the contract repository, ensure compliance with company policies, and work with internal clients and the Director of Contracts to optimize processes.

Responsibilities include drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts from start to finish, and developing improved processes for efficiency and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of in-house legal or contracts experience.
• Legal/Contracts background required.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, redline and manage various contracts from start to finish (APAs, SPAs, pricing and NDAs).
• Ensure adequate background information is provided to prepare appropriate agreements.
• Collaborate with Director of Contracts to identify issues and risks and propose solutions.
• Negotiate and finalize consulting agreements; manage renewal and amendments.
• Maintain contract templates and the contract repository; ensure proper execution and attachments.
