Ahern in Fond du Lac, WI seeks a Bids and Contracts Administrator to review, revise, and process contracts for its fire protection division. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and work under the corporate attorney to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities include organizing contracts, handling modifications, and maintaining contract records in the system while supporting other attorney-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or 3+ years office experience.
• Strong attention to detail and high organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; customer-service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Review, revise, and process contracts for the fire protection division.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and corporate attorney.
• Maintain and track all contracts in the contract management system.
• Prepare contract modifications and ensure compliance with procedures and insurance requirements.
• Generate and execute subcontracts per policy and update related records.
