Job summary

Clark Pacific is hiring a Contracts Manager in West Sacramento, CA to provide contract management support to the Legal Department. You will negotiate, finalize, track, and administer contracts, ensuring compliance and timely execution.

The role involves drafting, reviewing, renewals, amendments and stakeholder communications with internal teams and external partners. Applicants should have 5–10 years in contract management in construction/manufacturing, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in contract management in construction and manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• CCCM or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract review, analysis and drafting in compliance with company processes.
• Track status and ensure timely execution of contractual actions.
• Prepare and maintain reports on contract performance and status.
• Assist in renewals, amendments and change orders throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with legal, owner specifications and government regulations.
• Foster cross‑department collaboration and communicate amendments to stakeholders.
• Develop standard contractual templates, policies and procedures.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

CCC(M) certification preferred
