ABM Energy & Power Solutions (EPS) seeks an experienced Contracts Manager - Capital Projects to lead commercial contracting across complex electrical infrastructure, energy, and design-build programs in the United States. Qualifications

• Strong written communication, organization, negotiation, and cross-functional stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to interpret complex contracts, identify commercial and operational implications, and translate requirements into clear actions for Sales and project teams.
• Experience supporting pre-award contract review, negotiation, and administering commercial construction, electrical infrastructure, EPC, or design-build contracts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary commercial contracting resource from receipt of customer agreement through contract execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews, maintain redlines, issue lists, risk summaries, negotiation matrices, and audit trails.
• Establish owners, track actions, and drive items to timely resolution; escalate material risks to Legal.
• Support negotiation strategy and ensure alignment with scope, pricing, schedule, and supplier commitments.
• Facilitate a complete handoff of negotiated obligations to project execution teams.
• Establish and improve contract-review processes, templates, and controls; report on cycle time and risks.
• Translate executed agreements into contract summaries, obligation matrices, and kickoff requirements.
• Provide risk-based post-award contract support for high-risk projects; assist with notices and change orders.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Project Management to align subcontract and supplier obligations with prime contracts.
• Connect contract events to cost, schedule, and risk reporting; support closeout requirements.
