Job summary

Energy Project Solutions (EPS) is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead energy and infrastructure projects from planning through execution. You will partner with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver safe, on-time, and on-budget results.

The role emphasizes ownership, strong relationships, and guiding teams through complex challenges while maintaining high standards of safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing the construction of major energy projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proficient in project management, contract administration, and team leadership.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• OSHA 30 safety certified.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Strong communicator with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ownership mindset and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with clients, contractors, EPC partners, and internal teams to drive outcomes.
• Supporting pre-construction planning, logistics, scheduling, and strategy.
• Overseeing construction execution, contractor coordination, and Owner’s scope throughout the project lifecycle.
• Reviewing project deliverables, site plans, and integration documents to ensure alignment.
• Managing contracts, change orders, project risks, and onsite issues collaboratively.
• Ensuring projects meet safety, environmental, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
• Leading project meetings, tracking progress, and communicating updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Mentoring project teams and supporting field staff to deliver on time and budget.
