Job summary

JLL is seeking a Contracts Manager to own end-to-end contract lifecycle, from negotiation to renewal, across the EMEA region, focusing on procurement and business operations rather than legal counsel.

You will draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, collaborate with risk, legal, tax and project teams, and ensure compliance with client policies. This onsite role offers opportunities to drive contract excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, procurement, or related field (legal background not required).
• 7–10 years of experience in procurement, procurement operations, negotiations, contract management, or related business fields.
• Understanding of contract types and business operations impact.
• Strong autonomous work capability with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative with excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead oversight of the entire contract lifecycle from negotiation to renewal and termination with cross-functional partners.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements (customer framework agreements, work orders, amendments) from a business operations perspective.
• Identify and mitigate risks in contract terms for facility management and design/construction contracts.
• Ensure compliance with client standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining contract management applications.
• Conduct staff training on contract management best practices and improvements.
• Provide support to project teams to ensure expeditious review and execution.
