Creative Financial Staffing, LLC seeks a Contracts Manager to own grants and contracts administration for diverse projects in a mission-driven nonprofit. The role focuses on compliance, financial analysis, and accurate reporting to funders.

A hybrid schedule blends 2 in-office days with 3 remote days from Midtown Manhattan. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance with 3+ years of grant accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Sage Intacct.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of financial management experience, ideally with grant accounting.
• Knowledge of OMB Circular 2 CFR and nonprofit fiscal management.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting systems; Sage Intacct preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage grants and contracts administration for assigned projects.
• Analyze project financials and reconcile expenses to budget.
• Prepare vouchers, reports, and documentation for funders and audits.
• Partner with project leaders to develop and modify project budgets.
• Maintain projects within Sage Intacct and support financial tracking and reporting.
