Job summary

Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking an Analyst, Contracts to support contract development, compliance, and risk management across the contracts department. The role rotates through POs, waivers, pre-qualifications, RFPs, licensing, and insurance matters to ensure timely, accurate contract activity.

You will review orders, lien waivers, licenses, and insurance certificates, maintain contract files, and contribute to template standardization and process improvements in a dynamic contracting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
• 1+ year of contract or legal document handling experience.
• Strong computer proficiency with CRM, MS Office, and PDF tools.
• Organized, able to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Experience collaborating across internal teams and with customers.
• Willingness to cross-train across contract functions.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, processes, reviews, and signs select purchase orders and change orders.
• Prepare and submit lien waivers, payment applications, and sworn statements.
• Processes and tracks state/local business licenses required to perform work.
• Tracks certificate of insurance and bond requests and renewals.
• Assists with organization and cleanup of contract files and admin tasks.
• Supports process improvements and standard templates for contracts.
