Job summary

PURIS in Colorado is seeking a Contracts Administrator to manage license renewals, new license research, and back-up contract administration across the PURIS entities. You will ensure compliance, timely submissions, and accurate record keeping, supporting project controls and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in contract/licensing administration, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ year experience in contract and licensing administration.
• Construction experience a plus.
• Detail oriented with strong communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Compiling and submitting license renewals.
• Research new license requirements and submissions.
• Backup other Contracts Administrators.
• Responding to internal requests for Contracts assistance.
