PURIS in Colorado is seeking a Contracts Administrator to manage license renewals, new license research, and back-up contract administration across the PURIS entities. You will ensure compliance, timely submissions, and accurate record keeping, supporting project controls and client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has 1+ year in contract/licensing administration, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

The Contracts Administrator is responsible for performing administrative tasks related to maintaining, renewing, and acquiring new state contractor licenses. This position also includes managing local contractor and business licenses, as well as local and state DOT prequalification's. Licences for all entities within the PURIS family of companies will be managed. This position will also perform backup administrative duties regarding contract execution for the PURIS family of companies. The Contracts Administrator will also assist with the Project Controls function of this department. The Contracts Administrator will maintain the high level of professionalism and customer service provided to both internal and external customers.
