Job summary

AAA Northeast is seeking a Contracts and Legal Operations Specialist to support the full lifecycle of commercial agreements and manage our legal technology stack. You will draft, review, and negotiate vendor and service agreements across service lines with a focus on technology-related contracts.

The role reports to the Chief Legal Officer and collaborates with business partners across multiple states, driving process improvements, data integrity, and performance measurement within LinkSquares

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 6+ years of relevant work experience.
• Progressive contract management or legal operations experience in-house preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements.
• Manage contract administration, renewals, amendments, and terminations in LinkSquares.
• Maintain templates, playbooks, and metadata for contracts.
• Administer and optimize the legal tech stack and workflows.
• Provide cross-functional guidance on contracting processes and templates.
