Job summary

Partner Engineering & Science, Inc. is seeking a Legal Contracts Manager to oversee the company’s contract management process, legal documentation, and related administrative functions.

You will liaise with internal departments, external counsel, clients, vendors, and regulators to draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts. The role covers insurance, litigation support, corporate transactions, and regulatory compliance, with responsibilities spanning contract administration, risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal contract management, legal operations, contract administration, or a related legal field.
• Experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Experience managing outside counsel and coordinating legal matters preferred.
• Experience supporting insurance, litigation, collections, corporate governance, or mergers and acquisitions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, revise, negotiate, and manage a wide variety of contracts, including client consulting, independent contractor, vendor, NDA, and service agreements.
• Ensure contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and risk management standards.
• Maintain contract records and monitor key terms, obligations, renewals, and deadlines.
• Support contract negotiations and coordinate revisions with internal stakeholders and external parties.
• Manage the delivery of legal documentation and services to internal and external clients, including litigation support and discovery requests.
• Conduct legal research and preliminary case assessments for collections and other legal matters.
• Support legal documentation and communications for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
• Gather, organize, and research information to support legal and compliance initiatives.
• Assist with insurance renewals and insurance-related documentation, coordinating with brokers, carriers, and internal departments on claims.
