Job summary

Integra is seeking a Legal Operations & Contracts Manager to lead contract intake, NDA administration, and lifecycle management. You will oversee repository organization, signatures, reporting, and legal technology administration to keep the legal function efficient and compliant.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Procurement, IT, and HR, plus development of dashboards that track cycle times, volumes, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Five or more years in legal operations, contract administration, or related fields.
• Experience managing large contract portfolios and repositories.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Power BI.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract intake workflows and prioritize requests with business leaders.
• Administer NDAs from initiation to execution, templates and playbooks.
• Track contracts through entire lifecycle and provide status dashboards.
• Own contract repository and ensure consistent metadata and searchability.
• Coordinate signature workflows and closing documents under authority.
