enableCV in Midvale, Utah is seeking a Contracts and Legal Analyst to manage the full contract lifecycle on-site with a hybrid option. You will collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and business teams to review, negotiate, and finalize commercial agreements.

The role requires 3-5 years of contract management experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and paralegal certifications are a plus. This is a full-time, on-site role with a 3-day in-office minimum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience in contract or bid management.
• Paralegal certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex contract reviews with legal, procurement, compliance and stakeholders.
• Review, redline, negotiate and execute a broad range of contracts.
• Assess risk, ensure policy compliance and drive timely contract completion.
• Analyze terms and advise on amendments, renewals, or terminations.
• Participate in governance meetings and process improvements.
