Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited law school and bar admission in New York.
• Minimum three years in a large law firm; GC or compliance experience a plus.
• Strong knowledge of professional responsibility rules and risk assessment.
• Excellent written and oral communication and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in engagement letters, client questionnaires and outside guidelines review.
• Support risk management in vendor contracts and conflicts analyses as needed.
• Monitor compliance and respond to client requests with draft responses.
• Participate in evening/weekend on-call coverage and special projects.
