Job summary

TechTrans International, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Contingent Business Specialist/Analyst to manage government invoicing, AR/AP, and financial reporting for a Holloman AFB contract. Based in Houston, TX, the role supports contract operations remotely and ensures accurate billing and timely payments.

Required are U.S. citizenship and 5+ years in federal financial management or contract billing; Secret clearance eligibility preferred.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, contract billing, or related federal government contracting.
• Experience with government contract invoicing structures — fixed-fee, milestone-based, cost-reimbursable.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system specifications or workflow documentation.
• Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS or OTA financial and billing requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and invoice processing for government contracts.
• Provide financial reporting and funds visibility across contract CLINs and funding sources.
• Serve as liaison between contract operations and OWMS development, documenting and testing workflow enhancements.
• Ensure invoicing accuracy and timely payments to vendors; resolve discrepancies promptly.
