Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and agreements in line with company policies and legal requirements.
• Analyze contract terms and identify potential risks, liabilities, and obligations.
• Provide contract advice and support to project and procurement teams.
• Ensure that all contracts are executed in accordance with project requirements, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Manage change orders, claims, extensions of time, and dispute resolution processes.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and project management teams as needed.
• Maintain accurate and organized contract records and documentation.
