Job summary

Toray CMA in Dallas/Westlake, TX is seeking an experienced contract administrator to review customer contracts, assess risks, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with sales, legal, and technical teams to negotiate exceptions and maintain thorough contract documentation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in export/shipping/contracts, and familiarity with FAR/ITAR/EAR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ experience in export, shipping, and customs requirements or equivalent.
• Contract administration experience required.
• Experience with FAR, DFAR, ITAR, EAR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review customer contracts (Purchase Orders), including government contracts and rated orders, for risk and compliance, provide acknowledgement and PO acceptance.
• Identify and assess contractual risks; communicate issues to management and secure timely responses.
• Explain risks, offer mitigation ideas, and partner with stakeholders to provide compliant solutions.
• Conduct due diligence for customers and identify risk factors in company processes.
• Maintain contractual records in designated databases; represent Sales in audits by FAA, ISO, and customers.
