Job summary

AMETEK Inc. is seeking a professional to support the Business Development team in contract administration, order management, and proposal preparation.

You will manage order backlogs, respond to customer inquiries, and prepare contractual documents to sustain business relationships with customers and partners. The role requires at least two years in contract administration, familiarity with FAR/DFAR, and experience with Oracle ERP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• At least 2 years in contract administration of commercial/government contracts.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFAR compliance.
• Experience with export licensing processes (DDTC & BIS).

Responsibilities

• Manage backlog of orders to ensure accurate shipment reporting.
• Provide responses to customer inquiries and support meetings.
• Prepare contractual documents and ensure compliance with policies.
• Enter data into Oracle ERP for orders and quotes.
• Support finance with invoicing resolution.
