Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 6–10 years of experience in contract negotiation, administration and/or management or legal/sales operations.
• Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, negotiate and edit commercial contracts and terms and conditions.
• Experience with non-disclosure agreements, sales/supply/purchase agreements, consulting agreements, master agreements, review of customer proposed terms and conditions.
• Ensure agreement terms align with key business points and AMETEK contracting policies.
• Identify commercial and legal risk and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with Risk Management regarding contractual insurance requirements and maintain files and records.
