Job summary

Carollo Engineers, a leading water-focused engineering firm in Costa Mesa, seeks an organized Risk Management Administrative Specialist. You will maintain contract archives, manage CLM records, and support insurance certificate tracking and issuance.

Responsibilities include CLM system rollout, confidential handling of documents, and delivering efficient admin support to the Risk Management team. The role requires detail orientation and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• > High School Degree or equivalent.
• > 2+ years of administrative experience in legal, contracts, CLMs, compliance, or risk management.
• > Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
• > Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• > Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• > Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• > High level of integrity and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize digital contract archives and CLM records.
• Review contracts for completeness and ensure proper documentation before filing.
• Assist with CLM system rollout and user adoption.
• Track subconsultant insurance certificates and issue insurance certificates.
• Provide administrative support to the Risk Management team.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive contractual information.
• Support process improvements to enhance document management efficiency.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
