Ahern is seeking a Project Manager for Fond du Lac, WI to manage fire protection projects from design review through turnover. You will review preliminary designs and calculations, assess material and labor costs, and coordinate with vendors to ensure competitive bids.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of project management or design experience in the construction industry, or three or more years of fire sprinkler design experience from a fire sprinkler contractor.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• NICET certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review preliminary design and calculations for bid estimates.
• Review pricing for materials, labor, freight, and fabrication.
• Seek competitive vendors and services to competitively bid fire protection projects.
• Prepare change orders for customers and attend jobsite meetings.
