YO AI Labs seeks experienced Contracts Attorneys to support a confidential legal AI project. You will review agreements, perform redlines, and provide clear legal analysis to help train and evaluate AI systems.

This remote contractor role requires a J.D. from an accredited law school, active U.S. bar admission, and at least 4 years of transactional experience, with strong drafting and technology transactions skills.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. bar admission.
• 4+ years of transactional legal experience in-house or at a law firm.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contract provisions, including indemnification, limitation of liability, confidentiality, and data protection.
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, and contract review skills.
• Strong attention to detail and sound legal judgment.
