YO AI Labs is seeking experienced Contracts Attorneys to support a confidential legal AI project. You will review agreements, perform redlines, and provide clear legal analysis to help train and evaluate AI systems.

Initial responsibilities include drafting explanations for revisions and applying playbooks while ensuring high-quality writing. A JD and active U.S. bar admission, plus 4+ years of transactional experience, are required.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. bar admission.
• 4+ years of transactional legal experience in-house or at a law firm.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contract provisions, including indemnification, limitation of liability, confidentiality, and data protection.
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, and contract review skills.
• Strong attention to detail and sound legal judgment.
