Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of procurement agreements.
• Work within contract management systems and client environment.
• Effectively communicate with client and their stakeholders.
• Work with the stakeholder to identify and achieve specific business goals.
• Attend stakeholder meetings and team meetings.
• Guide stakeholders based on company legal guidance, policy, and process.
• Independently manage workload by assessing priorities and deadlines for tasks assigned.
• Perform other tasks as assigned
