Job summary

DTCC in the United States invites you to join our legal and procurement teams as a Contracts Lead. You will oversee the initial legal review and negotiation of goods/services agreements in collaboration with Business Units, Strategic Sourcing, Legal, and Control Groups.

You will tailor contract templates, draft nonstandard terms, and participate in supplier negotiations while staying current with laws and regulatory requirements. This role supports DTCC's global operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead initial legal review of proposed agreements.
• Select contract templates and clauses for proposed agreements.
• Redline and draft nonstandard terms.
• Negotiate with suppliers.
• Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing, Legal, and Control Groups.
• Maintain contract templates and stay current on laws and guidance.
• Support post-contract issues and special projects.
