Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Contracts Analyst to support the Space Force Range Contract (SFRC) at Patrick SFB. You will liaise with Contracts, PM, Finance, HR, and operations to drive contract execution, reporting, and small business initiatives.

Responsibilities include administering prime contracts and modifications, maintaining documents, and preparing executive briefings. Strong MS Office skills and DoD experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience supporting government contracts or related programs.
• Experience with contract administration and procurement.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support administration of prime contracts, task orders, modifications, and subcontracts.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to support execution and performance.
• Review and organize contract documents to keep records current.
• Assist in preparation, tracking, and administration of contract actions.
• Maintain contract files and reporting requirements.
• Prepare recurring reports, metrics, and executive briefings on contract performance.
• Coordinate information requests and support reviews by customers and management.
• Support subcontract administration activities and communication with subcontractors.
• Monitor deliverables and milestones to ensure timely completion.
• Develop process documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and reporting mechanisms.
• Serve as SFRC Small Business Advocate and promote small business participation.
• Maintain the SFRC Small Business Program and coordination of reporting.
• Support outreach and supplier engagement to expand small business participation.
• Develop presentations and materials related to small business programs.
• Manage executive action items and follow-up to ensure accountability.
• Facilitate communication between senior leaders, government customers, and internal teams.
• Assist leadership in strategic initiatives and special projects.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
