Job summary

Amentum is seeking an Engineering Project Management Senior to support the Space Force Range Contract (SFRC). You will lead engineering projects from scope through delivery, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget performance.

Responsibilities include developing schedules and budgets, managing risks and change orders, and guiding a team of project managers. Candidates should have a STEM degree, 8+ years PM experience, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field is required.
• 8+ years of project management experience, engineering PM preferred.
• Experience with Catalyst PM and related methodologies.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedules, budgets, goals and deliverables for large government projects.
• Document baselines and decompose work into components.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure communication and scope alignment.
• Identify risks and mitigate; manage change orders.
• Lead reviews of RFPs and develop technical elements, schedules, and price estimates.
• Oversee status reporting and customer presentations.
• Mentor other PMs and improve POG processes.
• Assist with creating new processes and tools.
