Job summary

Lansweeper, a leading AI-native asset intelligence company, seeks a Contracts & Legal Operations Specialist to own the full contracting lifecycle from drafting to signature. You’ll stabilize processes, evolve CLM, and implement AI-driven workflows. You’ll partner with Sales, Finance, HR, Security, Product, and Marketing in a high-autonomy role.

This in-house position offers hybrid work in Austin, Texas, and a path to shape the legal ops function as the business scales and adopts AI technologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in contracts, legal operations, or deal desk in a SaaS/tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and close standard commercial agreements independently — including NDAs, order forms, and customer, partner, and vendor agreements.
