Job summary

Channel Partners, LLC in Tampa, FL is seeking a Legal Support Specialist to own contract lifecycle: drafting, redlining, approval routing, execution, and renewal. This on-site role partners with Operations and Finance to onboard clients and vendors while building scalable legal processes.

You will manage MSAs/SOWs for enterprise clients, support compliance, COIs, corporate records, and litigation support, with exposure to AI tooling and room to grow under senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3+ years in contract administration, contract management, legal operations, or related function.
• Experience in high-volume enterprise contracting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake, tracking, and full lifecycle of contracts (drafting, redlining, routing, execution, renewal).
• Oversee MSA/SOW flow for seven enterprise clients, track renewal dates and negotiation items.
• Prepare routine contract documents using approved templates and playbooks.
• Support negotiations by flagging deviations and escalating issues to GC.
• Maintain contract repository with accurate records and searchable metadata.
• Track key terms, deadlines, and obligations, flagging items for legal/business attention.
