The role involves reviewing, editing, negotiating contracts during bid, execution, and closeout, coordinating with estimating, engineering, operations and in-house attorneys to ensure alignment and risk management across projects.

Qualifications

• Related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Contracting exposure and understanding of contract terms.
• Experience negotiating, writing, and reviewing contracts.
• Construction industry experience and renewable energy exposure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as contracts contact on high-value customer contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate contract reviews, edits, and negotiations with cross-functional teams.
• Support bid phase contract exhibits with estimating, engineering, and legal teams.
• Track contract status and identify risks, gaps and alignment issues.
