Job summary

JRC Careers is seeking a Contract and Financial Analyst to support the government client and the Fleet Ballistic Missile program. You will handle contract execution, budgeting and compliance across FAR/DFARS/ITAR, working with COR, DCMA and comptrollers.

US Citizenship and a SECRET clearance are required for this role. The position involves evaluating proposals, preparing purchase orders, and drafting subcontracts, with a focus on risk assessment and accurate financial management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in contracts or budget/financial management.
• Active SECRET clearance (within last 24 months).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• MBA or law degree; CFCM/CPCM certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical evaluation on proposals, SOWs and contract docs.
• Prepare Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions.
• Develop Task Instructions, Task Orders and contract modifications.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS/ITAR and related regulations.
• Liaise with COR, comptrollers, DCMA and other agencies for sources, inspections and quality checks.
• Advise management on contract risks and interpret terms and conditions.
• Support negotiation of terms, price analyses, and drafting of subcontracts.
• Craft and refine project correspondence and documentation.
• Learn and apply SSP protocols for documentation and accreditation.
