Job summary

JRC Integrated Systems in Washington, DC seeks a Contracts Administrator to cradle-to-grave manage DoD contracts, oversee prime proposals through closeout, and ensure compliant administration.

You will draft statements of work, analyze cost data, review NDAs and teaming agreements, and ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, ITAR. Requires 3–5+ years in contract management, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to obtain a government security clearance; MBA or law degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in Contract or Subcontract Management.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university; MBA or law degree preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Cradle to grave contract management from prime proposals through closeout.
• Issue bids with proposals from subcontractors; draft statements of work; analyze costs.
• Review and disseminate NDAs and Teaming Agreements for JRC.
