Job summary

JRC Integrated Systems seeks a Contract and Financial Analyst to support a government client, focusing on contract execution and financing for critical defense initiatives.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in contracts or budget/financial management, plus an active SECRET clearance and strong MS Office skills. You will interact with CORs, comptrollers, and DCMA while ensuring compliance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of professional experience in Contracts or Budget/Financial Management.
• Active or recently held SECRET clearance (within the last 24 months).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Performing technical evaluation on proposals, SOWs, and contract documentation.
• Preparing Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions.
• Developing Task Instructions, Task Orders, and contract modifications.
• Ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS, ITAR, and related regulations.
• Liaising with CORs, Comptrollers, and DCMA for sources and quality checks.
• Advise management on contract risks and terms interpretation.
• Supporting negotiation of terms, price analyses, and drafting of subcontracts.
• Crafting project correspondence and official documents.
• Learning and applying SSP documentation protocols.
