Coordinate the preparation, review, tracking, and maintenance of contracts and related documentation.
Communicate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to collect required information and ensure timely completion of contracts.
Maintain accurate contract records, including key dates, rates, terms, renewals, and amendments.
Monitor contract status and deadlines, and follow up on pending approvals, signatures, and required updates.
Assist with reports, audits, compliance activities, and other contract-related administrative tasks as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous experience in contract administration, coordination, or related administrative work preferred.
One (1) year minimum experience working in a professional office setting,
Additional certifications may be required.
